Keylinks Community Services was launched in 2017 with the rollout of the NDIS in Ipswich. We are a family run company whose director has 20+ years of experience in the disability and mental health industries in various roles.
With family members who have children with disability, we understand the impact disability has on the person as well as the carer and family at large. We have, therefore, structured our company to take into consideration the whole situation surrounding a person with a disability or mental health challenge.
As our name suggests, we aim to link key life components together to enable people with disability or mental health challenges – and their family – to live fulfilled lives.
To do this, we offer a number of key supports including:
- Plan management
- Assistance with daily living
- Short term accommodation/respite
- Social and community participation
- Capacity building and skills development
- Support coordination connection… plus more.
We take a personal approach to helping organise your supports. This involves coaching you through the entire process, from setting up or reviewing your plan, to offering ongoing support through handpicked support workers.
We have an innovative approach to providing supports that values your input and empowers you to fulfil your goals. Ask us about our individualised respite options.
We are happy to answer your questions. You will find our explanations easy to understand.
