Our mission at KARE Support Services is to provide support services to our clients in a Kind and Respectful manner to assist each person with their personal Endeavours.
KARE Support Services was founded in 2019 by Lee Jensen and his wife Michelle due to the struggles they faced when finding support for their own boys. Lee has 4 children, all with Autism and Michelle has an acquired brain injury, he has a full understanding of the needs and requirements for caring for someone with a disability. This then led to the foundations of KARE Support Services Pty Ltd.
KARE is not just another organisation but a family. We are united in our goal to help and support others. We work with our clients and our staff continue to think outside of the box to find new ways of doing things that suit the client’s individual needs. We provide support services to clients of all ages and abilities. We encourage and support our staff to continue to up-skill themselves so those skills can be used to benefit our clients who are like family to us. Our highly qualified staff come from diverse backgrounds but the one thing they all have in common is the want and drive to help others as well as the passion for those with a disability.

KARE Support Services believes in providing support in a Holistic Approach both regarding the client and their family. Our clients are not only defined by their disability but by who they are as a person and who they want to be. We believe to truly support our clients we need to look at the bigger picture with those we care about. This is why at KARE we work closely with the family to ensure they are supported as well.
Skill development and training
Here at KARE we strongly believe in helping our clients and family grow, so skill development is at the heart of everything we do. We love watching our clients grow and increase their capacity, which is especially noticeable in our younger clients. From social skills and self-regulation skills to cooking and cleanings skills, our staff are ready to share their knowledge with clients and family alike. We understand the stress of dealing with disability and we have staff trained ready to help families and carers work tighter to get the best outcome.
