Rachael Leahcar first captured the nation’s attention in 2012 as a finalist on the inaugural season of The Voice, where millions watched her unforgettable Blind Audition. Since then, she has built an extraordinary career as an Australian singer-songwriter, with five consecutive top 10 albums, multilingual performances, and sold-out shows across the globe. Rachael, who is legally blind due to retinitis pigmentosa, has become a powerful voice for inclusion, using her platform to advocate for greater accessibility and opportunities for people with disability. Beyond music, Rachael’s commitment to advocacy runs deep. She holds a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education and works extensively across the disability sector, contributing to projects focused on inclusive employment and accessibility for people who are blind or vision impaired.
